Oversize & Freight Items
Some large or heavy items — such as ride-on mowers, storage sheds, and certain generators — may ship via freight (LTL) carrier rather than standard parcel delivery.
• Freight deliveries are curbside by default (driver delivers to the curb or driveway)
• A delivery appointment will be scheduled with you in advance
• Please inspect the item carefully before signing the delivery receipt
• If you notice visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately at Contact@kemdel.com
• Freight transit times may be longer than standard delivery — typically 3–7 business days depending on location
Multiple Addresses
We do not support multiple shipping addresses in a single order. For multiple destinations, place separate orders.
Order Status & Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days, email us at Contact@kemdel.com with your name and order number.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 90 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.
If your item arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a photo. We’ll do our best to resolve it.
