Manufacturer Warranty

All products sold on www.kemdel.com are included under the original manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise noted on the product page.

KEMDEL LLC is an authorized dealer for the brands we sell. Warranties (what is covered, the duration of coverage, and how to obtain service under the warranty) are at the manufacturer's discretion.

Warranty periods differ by brand and product type. Warranty information can be found in the individual product listing.

Warranty Coverage Includes

Depending on the manufacturer, warranties can cover:

• Manufacturing defects

• Defective parts

• Mechanical or electrical component failures in normal residential service

Warranties do not cover:

• Damage due to misuse or abuse

• Improper installation

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

• Normal wear and tear

• Cosmetic damage after delivery

How to Request Warranty Service

If you encounter a problem with your product:

Please provide:

• Order number

• Full name used for purchase

• Description of the issue

• Photos or videos (if applicable)

Our support group will contact the manufacturer to submit a warranty claim. Often, the manufacturer will provide warranty service directly rather than a third-party managing it for quicker resolution.

Replacement Parts

Some manufacturers may replace the unit, but some manufacturers only provide parts. In such cases:

• Parts are sent to the customer directly

• Installation could be the responsibility of the customer unless titles to vehicles or equipment specify otherwise

Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

Warranty claim shipping costs will follow manufacturer policy. Some manufacturers cover the shipping cost of defective parts. Some others may ask the customer to pay for return shipping.

Warranty Limitations

• Unless stated otherwise, KEMDEL LLC does not offer separate extended warranties.

• No change to the terms of manufacturer warranties.

• All warranty claims are at the discretion of the manufacturer.
